On the Essentials plan, completed and archived items are retained for 6-months. This applies specifically to completed or archived tasks and emails. Active items on your boards remain unaffected and stay available indefinitely until they are archived or completed.
As our product evolves, the activity history limitation may extend to other areas, such as chat history, task activity logs, or other advanced features. We’ll keep you updated on these developments as they roll out.
Business Plan
The Business plan is designed for teams that require extended data retention and storage capabilities. This includes:
• Longer retention of completed and archived items.
• Increased storage for attachments.
• Additional advanced features to support larger teams with more extensive data management needs.
By offering these two distinct plans, we aim to provide flexibility for both small teams and larger businesses with growing demands.
