Email templates in Sortd are only available on the Essentials and Business Plans. If you’re on the Free Plan, you won’t have access to this feature. Here’s how to check your plan:

To resolve this, you may need to upgrade to either the Essentials or Business Plan if you’re currently on the Free Plan.


2. Team and Board Configuration


Sortd email templates are set up per team. If you have multiple teams (which is not usually the case), you might experience issues with templates not appearing when composing or sending emails.

        Boards: A1, A2

        Templates: Template A


        Team B:

        Boards: B1, B2

        Templates: Template B


If you’re trying to use Template A, ensure that you have recently opened one of Team A’s boards (A1 or A2). If you’re on a board from Team B (B1 or B2), Template A won’t be available.
