Creating a New Template from the Squirrel Menu


1. Access the Squirrel Menu: To start creating a new email template, click on the Squirrel Menu at the top of your Sortd interface.

2. Select 'Email templates': From the menu, navigate to 'Email templates' which will direct you to the template management screen.



Adding Folders for your team


1. Initiate Adding a Folder: In the Email Templates section, click on 'Add a folder' located at the top-right corner of the folders panel.

2. Name Your Folder: Enter a name for your new folder



Creating and Allocating Templates


1. Create a New Template: Click on 'Create template'. This will open an editor where you can write and format your email template.

2. Save and Allocate: After creating your template, choose a folder to allocate this template to from the drop-down menu within the editor.



Adding Team Members to a Folder


1. Folder Settings: Click on the settings icon next to the folder you want to edit.

2. Manage Users: In the settings menu, click on 'Members' to add or remove team members to the folder.



Using Templates in Emails


1. Compose or Reply: When composing a new email or replying to one, click on the 'Email Templates' icon in the Gmail compose window next to the Send button.

2. Select Template: Choose the desired template from the folder you wish to use. The template text will automatically populate in your email body.
