Sortd needs 3rd party cookies to be enabled, please either:


1. Enable 3rd Party Cookies in Google Chrome

or 

2. Add an exception to allow 3rd party cookies just for Sortd and Google (see section 2. below)


To enable third-party cookies, open a new tab and paste this URL into your address bar:

- chrome://settings/content/cookies


1. Enable 3rd Party Cookies in Google Chrome



Then Refresh your settings tab to check that the change was saved.


Then Refresh Gmail and click on the Sortd button on the right to log into Sortd.


IMPORTANT NOTE: If Sortd doesn't load immediately, try logging out of Sortd (from the Sortd menu in the left and then re-login again.




Note: 

Make sure that the "Block third-party cookies is NOT set:




2. Alternatively, you can block third-party cookies for all sites BUT enable them just for Sortd & Google


Instead of ensuring that the "Block third-party cookies" option is unchecked, you can leave it checked and add an exception.  Under Allow click on ADD...



Type [*.]sortd.com and click on ADD. It's important to also add [*.].google.com or https://mail.google.com and click ADD.



Refresh your tab to make sure the change has been applied.


Refresh Gmail and click on the Sortd button on the left to log in.  


IMPORTANT NOTE: If Sortd doesn't load immediately, try logging out of Sortd (from the Sortd menu in the left and then re-login again.




Enabling 3rd party cookies for Google:


Apart from Sortd you also need to add exceptions for some Google domains, as Sortd uses those for authentication.  You can either [.*].google.com, or https://mail.google.comhttps://accounts.google.com and check "Including third-party cookies on this site" for all of them.


Side note:

You can either add [.*].sortd.com and [.*].google.com, or if you prefer to narrow it down you can only add https://app.sortd.comhttps://mail.google.comhttps://accounts.google.com and check "Including third-party cookies on this site" for all of them.
