Sortd is directly mapped to the account structure in Gmail itself, so while it does support multiple accounts it will see each Gmail account (running in a separate tab) as a separate user.

If you want to use a single sales board with multiple email accounts then you can add multiple accounts in your Gmail settings under the Accounts tab and manage all your mail and Sortd boards from a single Gmail login.


Alternatively, if you would prefer to keep the accounts separate then you can invite your other accounts to collaborate on the Sortd board(s) in question.  Note that this will only work for boards you create under an organization on a team plan, since your personal (private) board cannot be shared.
