Go to https://myapplications.microsoft.com
Click on the Sortd icon and then Revoke Permissions.

If you are using Google Workspace
Go to http://myaccount.google.com/connections
Click on the Sortd icon, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete all connections you have with Sortd", then Confirm.
