- Ensure that a reply on an existing email thread attached to a completed task is displayed in the Inbox

- Fix the task subject, such that it is not cleared after dragging an email onto a list and clicking "Enter"

Performance improvements
- The performance improvement will probably only be noticeable on some computers with limited RAM and/or slower CPU's
