We believe the outage has been resolved. We are however still monitoring the servers as we uncertain if the changes that we have addressed the root cause or not.

It's working again for me on my laptop, but not on my desktop.
Hopefully the problems have been resolved. We are still working with a systems partner to try and identify the root cause, but we seem to have been stable for the last 24 hours after swopping out certain infrastructure components.
We are still monitoring the situation.
